We know that when you're not feeling well, waiting for something you need feels longer than it should. Here's exactly what to expect when you place an order with Ground & Release.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location and the supplier. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-14 business days.
We know that's not Amazon Prime speed, and we appreciate your patience. Every product is shipped directly from our suppliers to your door, which is how we're able to keep our prices accessible.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- $8.00 flat rate shipping on orders under $50
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@groundandrelease.com and we will investigate and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
